Green!

I'm currently feeling really uninspired by the ASDAs green colour they use. If I don't like a colour I really can't design well with it as I find it off putting to what my designs actually look like. To help inspire me i've had a quick look at what other people of done simply with the use of green in a hope to show me that this green can look good:




















I've found that a more subtle approach seems to work better. I also really like the use of it on the brown stock although doing something like this could work out too costly for a basic brand.

I realised one quick idea I came up with actually look really similar to the George logo so I've had a look at ASDA's other variety of logos they have produced:

Value for Money




Although using the above figures of how much money could be saved a year would work by shocking people into realising how much money they could save by switching to value brands, we have decided we do not want the money side to be a main focus. People already know value brands are a lot cheaper and they could save money if they wanted to however many people still insist on paying that bit more.
